   Absolutely horrible service received today, as I was wanting to purchase fuel injector cleaner and the floor staff could not be bothered to assist where I needed help, had a big fat conversation with each other and couldn’t be bothered to help at all, even after i had to interrupt their very important conversation they still didn’t bat a eye to reach a helping hand, if I was the Manager / owner i would surely look into this .

   Papamoa Repco have been helpful recently with my purchase. They didn’t have gas struts available for my car, however they went out of their way to get in contact over seas and get them made for.    Excellent service. I called into store to get new screen wipers. I had no idea, all I knew is I need to replace them....this nice guy took charge, straight out to car, took off wipers, fitted blades and put back on car...excellent!! Now that's service!!! And all the time joking with staff and myself, very friendly happy guy.
