I appreciated the phone call to remind me my car was going to need a new WOF in the next few weeks. I was driving at the time and said I will look at my calendar and call you back. I really did mean that!! So I didn't need the next 3 phone calls and the following text message.

I bought a $75k Merc from here and the service was terrible, there were issues with the car and they tried refusing to fix it, after months of arguing they still only fixed the tiniest of the issues and I had to fit the bill for the other thousands of dollars. No communication at all when it was in for repairs and still no communication after the repairs to see if things were ok. I had the worst experience ever and it has tainted my dream car as when I look at it it reminds me of how bad my experience was. Iβve now sold the car and looking for something else. I definitely wonβt be buying a car from these guys EVER!!! Bad service!! Bad Communication!! Bad Attitudes!! They donβt care about the customers they just want your money. Go somewhere else you have been warned.

This place is the gold standard of workshops! Accompanied someone when they dropped a vehicle in for a proceedure early in the morning. We had a 5 hour wait while they worked, and as it was only 7.30 am, we were invited for coffee (amazing coffee)! There's bowls of fruit and newspapers too. We spent a pleasant hour browsing the new cars, drinking coffee, doing the crossword, tasting Moon Cake, and chatting to the friendly team as they went about their morning. We went for a browse about the area, finding a lovely park and some interesting shops. The vehicle was ready on time and they phoned us to let us know. Easy! Thanks very much!

Sound stopped working from my M5, I took my car here with the intention of claiming mechanical insurance. They have been diagnosed that the amplifier is blown and need a replacement. Insurance company (Autosure) had sent the amplifier to the auto sparky in an attempt to repair it. I was waiting for about a week and heard nothing from them. I decided to give them a call to get an update, after numerous attempts I was able to talking to the service supervisor, he said the amplifier is repaired, however they can not put it back to my car because the auto sparky has not sent them an invoice yet. I waited another week and gave them a call again, same story, I told him I would visit this auto sparky myself and ask for an invoice. He insisted that not to because I would upset him by doing so. After a few days, I decided to visit this auto sparky and explained my situation. He exactly knew what I was talking about, he said that he told to this service supervisor that in order to issue an invoice, the amplifier need to be installed to ensure that amplifier is in working order. Basically, all they needed to do was put the amplifier back, and they have not bothered to do so for 2 weeks. and who knows how long I would have waited if I did not pay a visit to the auto sparky. When I got my car back, this service supervisor gave me lame excuses that it was his colleague who talked to the auto sparky. and he/she did not pass this information to him. Do not bring your car to this dealership if you are intending on using mechanical insurance. You will highly likely end up like me.

Amazing customer service from the servicing department especially from Jacob. Was greeted with a no judgement/positive attitude and also patient enough to explain everything in detail. Although parts and labor was a bit pricy, I am happy about how everything is handled. My parents had previously bought cars from Jerry Clayton and now CCBMW and they weren't wrong about the positive experience. Keep it up

Bought BMWX7 last year,cost 16.3W. Now the front windshield is broken, the inside of the two rear tires are broken (the on-board computer shows nothing abnormal) and the tires exploded at high speed. Contacting 4S BMW, service BMW, complaint BMW.blaming each other for no service and no repair. They just told us we had to take out insurance and get it covered. This is the BMW we know. This car is on sale at 14.3W. Please leave a messageοΌif anyone want buy it
