   I used to use this auto centre several times in the past when I had an older car, and this time I returned with my four-year-old car for a Gold Service. I can honestly say the service was carried out quickly and efficiently. A great improvement I noticed from before is that the mechanic now calls if there are any issues, which I found to be a really positive change. Everything was explained in detail, with any extras broken down clearly and comprehensively so there were no surprises. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend this auto centre to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

   WOF. It wasn't a pleasant experience because I couldn't communicate with anybody who spoke good english. So communication was very poor. $1000 worth of work was necessary. A man quickly came and sat next to me (telling me the costs for the work) but his english was poor and his breath really stunk. I took my car to Toyota for repairs. I wouldn't return here, which is a shame, as it's so handy. Communication is vital. It was like I was visiting another country!

   Convenient location and great that they open on Saturdays and Sundays. The only drawback is that everyone wants to do their business on the weekend as we all work in the week. I stood in the line for 3.5 hours to submit an application form. The staff were helpful and place was clean. I'd recommend going there in the afternoon as the line moves faster towards the end of the day.

   Great service. Mark was fast, efficient and courteous. Mechanic with great experience. Highly recommended. The Team at AA New Lynn are the best car options for all your car repairs and service. You have a wonderful receptionist Jessica who greets and smiles with her eyes as we all wear our facemasks but very pretty indeed. Mostly Mark!! Delightful and Professional!! The manager and his team are exceptional. Had my WOF plus servicing. Clean establishment with great staff. Thank you again. Keep up the great work. 5+service and customer satisfaction. Thank you
