    My Son broke down was towed there the vechile was diagnosed with buggered alternator and battery, all repaired whis is great however the $1400 bill is over the top, for a couple of hours work if you are looking for cost effective do not go here.

    must sing the praises of the receptionist (woman, wearing a mask, maybe 25-35, possibly asian) - she was knowledgeable and thorough, explained costs to me and answered my questions brilliantly, with kindness. overheard her treat other customers this way, too. i really appreciated her service, as a young woman often out of my depth in vehicle matters. AA Manukau saw my car for a quote with short notice, communicated the issue to me and asked my repair preference prior to actioning. can’t fault it.

    Specifically requested they use 5w 40 fully synthetic oil. They said ok then put in 5w 30. Renault Megane. Clearly don't take note or listen to customers. Won't be back.

    Very poor service, I have been there 3-4 times to do my conversion license test, send me back home every time they are fully booked and come back tomorrow, they think people don’t have any other things to do in their life, totally disappointed
