   Have been going to AA for a few years now. Paid good money for the best service yet the cabin was never cleaned as it should be. For warrants my child's car seats looked as though they were thrown about like a sack of potatoes. Also although I have an AA membership the rates are no longer competitive for the level of service. Trialing a new place.

   Went in for a WOF inspection today and they told me my wiper blades needed replacing, even though they were perfectly fine with no issues. Ended up with a $180 bill for something that wasn’t necessary. Feels like a rip-off. Never going to put my car there again.

   I did a terrible mistake agreeing to send in my car to this centre, they said it will take 2 weeks and when I authorized they are taking forever and no professional courtesy to update me. Prices are inflated and they do shabby job. If you want peace of mind you should avoid going here. I wish I read reviews before I agreed to get this done here.

   Delayed services, inflated prices and unprofessional behaviour. I went there for the reputation of AA, it has disappointed me terribly. I wouldn't recommend this place.

   Came for a simple operation (brake hoses) on a German car, workshop manager didn't even want to look at the car... [EDIT] Answer below is a blatant lie, car was never hoisted (I watched the car entering the workshop and immedialtely getting out), I provided the brand/model/year and plate number beforehand and the operation is nothing special on that car (brake hoses).

   They charge me a lot and didn’t ask me to change the part while they service. Whatever they mention didn’t cover, even didn’t clean the windscreen. Whatever I asked them to fix didn’t fix.

   My car needed a wof so I contacted AA Te Rapa and they were able to fit me in that day. It failed it's wof at first but the team were able to quickly fix a couple of minor issues and got it to pass it's wof in that same booking time. Really friendly and helpful service with a can do attitude. Cheers guys!

   Wish i went here in previous years. First time customer and was impressed by how simple it was. Booked online and got a response within 24hrs. Drove in on the morning and was gone within 30 mins. $65 wof so cheaper then vtnz but without the gruelling wait times. Highly recommend this branch.

   Got my car serviced, the brake repaired and wof done on same day (Toyota corolla) with excellent communication and an explanation of costs. They only recommend repairs that are indicated. They also picked up small issues which Toyota servicing people had missed.
