Like many, I comb through reviews, but what truly catches my eye is how businesses respond to criticism. The owner’s reply to Jacob was spot-on—direct, precise, and incredibly well-articulated. As a PhD researcher, I have a penchant for strong arguments and am always impressed by a well-crafted response. This one exceeded my expectations, convincing me I'd found the right place for my vehicle's Warrant of Fitness (WOF). Did I pass the WOF? Unfortunately, no sir. Still they get a 5 star rating. I am gonna get it soon though. Steve, smart, precise and talented mechanic, who also has an infectious smile, carefully explained the three reasons my car didn't make the cut: 1. My headlights need polishing, 2. My fog lights should be switched from LED to halogen, and 3. My rear number plate requires reinforcement. However, this meticulous attention to detail and their transparent honesty is exactly why I trust them. It’s not about making an extra buck—they're already quite busy. I wholeheartedly recommend them, and I've already spread the word within my community. So, if you notice the queue getting longer, remember that it's the quality that draws the crowd. Just as honey draws bees, their worth is undeniable!!”

“Thomas and the team at DJ Automotive are absolute legends! Both our work van and our car had major issues at the same time which left us stressing about getting to work. Our work vans wheel came off and it was left down the road from our house, we were worried about a towing fee on top of the cost getting both cars fixed. Thomas arranged to go retrieve the vehicle straight away that day and started ordering parts for both vehicles. The following 2 days him and the team worked away on repairing the vans wheel and also replacing the blown radiator in our car. The prices were reasonable too. We were very thankful to have a mechanic that is knowledgeable and could sort us out fast. I would highly recommend DJ Automotive if you want a professional, friendly and timely service.”
