   Staff were great. Unfortunately had a slight problem with the rotors on the wagon (not unusual). Contacted turners and had me drop it off, provided a courtesy car, fixed the problem free of charge and back on the road within 24hours. Cheers Sean!

   I booked my car in for a cash appraisal nearly 2 weeks ago, they confirmed the booking and the day before the appraisal they called me to say they wont do a cash appraisal on my 2018 jaguar and would only sell it by auction where they charge a fee and take 6% of the car sale price. I booked a day off work for this and they let me down the day before. I wont use turners again

   The staff here were amazing in getting me into a new car....well first NZ owner any way. Even though the car essentially broke down only after having it for about 6 hours (that's 30min of driving time) I took the car back and they immediately got me into a loan vehicle and got the car away to be fixed, The car hasn't had an issue since I'm happy to report and any time I need a new vehicle will always look at Turners' first.

   Did not enjoy my experience here at all- buying my first car. I was treated really nicely when I was interested in purchasing a car and when I purchased the car. The minute my car broke down (1 day after picking it up) and I asked for the 5-day money back guarantee I was treated absolutely poorly. Not impressed.
