“Warm, friendly staff with excellent product knowledge, able to efficiently and easily suit you to the right shoe for your needs. Three times over the years I've found myself browsing and re-browsing the mens' shoe section, eventually trying, with difficulty, to decide between several pairs of shoes. (If only I could have them all!) I tend to note the look and function of the shoe I'm after, the [real leather] excellence in quality I find, and even the shoe costs, as well (note: Hannahs has excellent quality and value for money!) I've always found myself spending more time than I want to looking for shoes. Thankfully, it is always the staff to the rescue! They know what's on promotion, which shoes are discounted and which are the most suitable and practical for me, and they do it all so very smoothly and efficiently - it is truly a science and these guys are the professionals! I should mention I spotted several shelves full of shoes in one corner of the store, all reduced to clear .. and the prices were around half price! “The F-Type Jaguar cracked a radiator pipe, I booked it into Bayswater European (Napier) and they did a great replacement job. They checked and noted any minor repairs for future services. I mentioned the warning beep on the air spoiler being annoying and they turned it off for free. They contacted the insurer and completed the paperwork. What more can you ask? “Wonderful service from both shops. I'm obsessed with Vendula bags ang the lady pointed me to the other shop where most of their bags are. Such a wonderful collection of designer bags and I was lucky there was sale the day I came. The lady even came to point this out to me and was so happy she did. Will definitely drop by when back in Naper.”

“This little op shop has had a bit of an overhaul lately and I think it’s looking really good! The store always smells nice, they’ve started changing displays to be a bit more interesting. I particularly like how they are displaying the good records up on the wall where you can see them. There are two staff members in particular who are always very friendly and have great banter. The new manager is lovely also. Prices on clothing, music, books, tchotchkes and electronics are very reasonable. Prices on toys are some media are quite high. Sometimes the store closes before their stated closing hours which can be a bit of a bummer. The biggest benefit of this op shop is that they prevent electronics from becoming landfill! Most local op shops chop the cords of electronics and bin them as they don’t have a system for electronics testing. Keep it up habitat team :)”

“Went down today and the chips were abit over cooked for my liking. BUT asked the owner for a fresh batch and she was more the happy to cook fresh and tasty chips as she was busy training other workers and didn't notice the chips were over cooking in the cabinet. Felt good leaving the store knowing they actually listen to their consumers . When I go in nearly everyday you can count on the shop to be fresh and the shop keeper to always have a nice big smile on there face .”
