“I can’t thank Eden enough for her help this week. My beautiful siamese cat and I live in Auckland and we were visiting family in Havelock North this week. Unfortunately my cat ingested a long piece of string and I called the practice for advice. Eden could easily have said she was too busy given I’m not a patient at the practice. Instead she listened, asked questions and immediately spoke to the vet and then gave me easy to follow advice on what to do next. When I went to the clinic, Eden talked me through the signs and symptoms that could indicate an obstruction and had prepared emergency after hours instructions on how and where to get help. Eden also made several follow up calls over the coming days just to check my cat was ok. I just can’t express how grateful I am for the care and support we received. Eden is an absolute legend and a true ambassador for Pet First. If I lived in HN I would enrol here in a heartbeat. Thank you!”

“I just had the best hair cut of my life. Hash cut my hair exactly how I wanted and asked if I was happy with what she was doing before making qny cuts. She even cut my bangs so I can part my hair on either side and still have nice bangs and also still middle part it and they still look amazing. It's the first time I've been this happy with a hair cut. And also the customer interaction was so friendly and professional. Overall a better experience than I thought a hair cut could ever be”

“Years ago, I was abandoned as a child, and I grew up in an orphanage. One terrible day, it caught fire. I was frozen in fear in my room, when a mysterious man swooped in and plucked me from the flames. Fifteen years later, I moved to Havelock North. After going into Unichem Havelock North Pharmacy to collect a prescription, I noticed a man behind the counter. It was him, the man who saved me from the fire. Here he is today, still saving lives with his dispensary. They have a good selection of shampoos and conditioners too.”
