   Amazing staff and outstanding food. The 2 workers this afternoon we super fast & super helpful. I’ll definitely be back in the near future. Only issue I had was with you couldnt add extra sauces on the Kisok. I wanted extra bbq & mayo but they didn’t have the option. I had to kindly ask the staff which they were more then happy to do without charge.

   Ended up walking out and getting a pie from next door. Self service machines only. No clear pricing. Staff that dont even look up when you walk in let alone acknowledge you. Also unable to contact their head office regarding quite a serious breech of human rights issue they have.... so will give up trying and just send it to the Health and Disability commission. Bottom line... go to the place right next door. Lovely Indian guy, always says Hi and asks how your day is, plenty of food, pies, chips, chicken that sort of thing if that's what you like. Much better place to give your money to.

   have been a regular customer for years but the quality has dropped in the last few months. 2 of the last 3 orders were missing sauces or were drowned in a sauce i didn't order. The last order was cold and did not taste good at all. On top of which the prices have been put up significantly at a time that our Hawke's Bay community can not afford the extra expense.
