“Best Eggs Benedict I’ve ever had!!! Perfectly poached eggs. There was a good selection of breakfast items to choose from as well as some gorgeous cakes/pastries and some pre-made cold sandwiches. The coffee was fantastic. The staff was so friendly. The prices are incredibly reasonable. You have the option of either indoor or outdoor seating. Highly recommend this spot!!”

Superb tasty fillings and the most delicious flaky, melt in your mouth pastry, I’ve tasted in Heretaunga. Great coffee at a very reasonable price too ($5.50 for XL Latte). I’ve also tried dine in - the Eggs Benedict was lovely and great value @$11.50. Super quick service too from this little local family owned/run business. My favourite!!!”

The generosity on the fillings is next level. And yet the pastry is light and fluffy too. I can see how they have won many pie comps now. “i go there most of the days i go to work and it is a good spot if you forgot your lunch at home or whatever they have amazing food they are nice i love it there i recommend you to go there and it is near a lot of things but after 3pm there will be a lot of kids from heretaunga intermediate so be aware of them but over all it is a good dairy in Hastings”

“I was shopping around looking for a bakery to do gluten free cakes for a future event and I came across a review for gluten free items at Frimley Bakery. WHAT? No way! I went there like 7 years ago and I could only get a $9 toastie (good but $9 in 2018). Today they have a whole shelf of GF items and there is savoury and sweet. I got a whole spice loaf for $7.50!!!! It is soft and yummmmmm!”
