The in store service was great but the delivery service was an absolute disaster. Paid $100 for delivery only for it to be nearly 2 weeks late and requiring several phone calls to sort. Delivery was eventually done without any communication and furniture left on my deck without anyone being home.
We had fantastic service from Zoe at bigsave napier. She was very helpful and patient with me and my 3 children when purchasing new beds for them . She was kind to my children and my eldest said she always smiling. Zoe also made a phone call to check the children were happy with the beds, which they are. Thankyou Zoe you rock .
Zoe made my purchase so easy when I phoned The Napier Store for an enquiry thank you for that.My drawers look so nice in My bedroom. Received email 1day later from Zoe that she had booked the delivery day for me.Thanks Zoe for organising payment and delivery day.

Fantastic service! I popped in on Sunday to speak to someone about a chair that my mother purchased - I believe it was faulty. We dealt with Tammy (who I believe was from the Hastings Store). She was brilliant to deal with, made the whole exchange process so simple, straightforward and painless. She was also extremely helpful in expediting this quickly, as our circumstances meant that time was in short supply. All the other staff were super helpful too. Can't thank you enough, Tammy, my Mum LOVES her new chair!
My husband and I went in looking for a bed, Tammy was so welcoming, helpful and informative which made our decision much easier. We had an issue with our order and both Tammy and Theo were so great to deal with, professional and happy to rectify the issue promptly. The whole process from ordering our bed to it being delivered was super easy. Helpful team as always. Would give 5 stars but don't like to feel pressured in buying additional, then they note that on the sales doc. "Customer declined mattress protector." My son is a student on a limited budget & $150 protector is far too expensive for his $500 sale. It's upsetting for commission & bit off putting. Otherwise, it's great service.
