Wonderful service from both shops. I'm obsessed with Vendula bags ang the lady pointed me to the other shop where most of their bags are. Such a wonderful collection of designer bags and I was lucky there was sale the day I came. The lady even came to point this out to me and was so happy she did. Will definitely drop by when back in Naper.
Visited the bag shop just up the road from the main bag and jewellery shop. Purchased two bags at full price. When returned home, found a sale price inside one of the bags. When I returned it to seek refund of the $50 difference, the shop worker ripped it up, said it was last years sale price and not happening. Refused to refund the bag. She was very rude even with other customers in the shop. Extremely disappointing service from a relatively expensive location. Expected better, very disappointed. Do not shop here.
If I could post no stars I would. The older woman at the counter was extremely rude. We had walked in and were told we aren't allowed in without mask even though we had informed the woman we had exemptions. She was rude and said we needed mask. We then proceeded to walk out and noticed a sign on the counter stating that no mask was fine with an exemption. We informed her of this and were allowed to stay however with her rude customer service who would want to stay and buy from here. Would not recommend this shop.
Today, when purchasing a gift, I was explicitly told my purchase was 79 dollars, then as the cashier told me to enter the pin the price was 89. This was watched by the manager who did nothing even when I questioned if this was proper practice. Surely the price is what the ticket says and what the attendees told me the price was in the sales pitch. I personally walked away feelin g like I was scammed in a subtle way, perhaps the business is struggling and needs to add 15 percent to the sales price everytine. I think I'll be buying my pandora charms from another outlet from now on.
Staff were rude and not helpful. I had a piece of jewellery break and I was pretty much told it was my fault and I was too rough (I wore it once out to dinner) I felt like they didn’t believe me and thought I was lying. To get the item replaced was very difficult and tedious. I would not go back here the customer service is not up to standard.
Had always had good service before in the past & had spent a lot of money over the years at Christmas for my daughter & Wife. However we went in around a month ago so that my wife could exchange a gift, the usual older lady that had served me many times in the past was not in unfortunately. As we walked in I went one way the wife the other way , one of the young sales assistants said hello & my wife said hello , as my wife walked past the sales assistant pulled a face & motioned to the other assistant who was on the main desk who started laughing, what they didn’t realise was that I saw the whole thing. I didn’t tell my wife at the time as I didn’t want to embarrass her, I very confronted the assistant but didn’t want to make a scene, I thought I would save it for a review. I have since told my wife & she has advised that she will never use the store again & I won’t be back at Christmas time. We both work in jobs that require us to bend over backward for our clients, we would never dream of being so childish & rude, perhaps the owner who has always been lovely & helpful should be present rather than having three young girls looking after your business, they are doing you no favours. I honestly very rarely complain please treat this as an opportunity to perhaps Have a word with the young ladies about manners & respect.
