   I like how wen u 1st walk in u hav fresh flowers nd then thru the doors nd fresh produce. Then the meat nd bakery items just in that order.... Get the MAINs out of the way nd onto the rest of ur shopping. Or get the MAINs nd head straight to the cashier. Up to you!

   The staff here are usually really attentive, helpful and generally seem happy to be at work. We ordered groceries via click and collect last week and a lovely older man (his name may have been Dave?) offered to take them to my car, much appreciated as I'd torn a tendon in my arm. He genuinely sounded interested in my wellbeing which is so rare these days. This isn't our local supermarket but I'll be making the effort to come here more often as you actually feel cared for and appreciated.

   Absolutely wonderful ladies that work there my girl lost her money and thought she dropped it instore & Bridgette tried her hardest to look for it but no such luck the checkout lady was also wonderful in helping, hopefully someone who found it needed it more than mj,also the service from every department is awesome and friendly thank you all for your hard work that use do god bless you allxxx

   After shopping at this store for many years thursday whilst doing some shopping with a family member I experienced the worst level of customer service. Searching myself and speaking to myself understandably our past can haunt us, but to treat my family member the way you did was humiliating and unnecessary and not explaining a situation correctly is poor. Sort it out onekawa new world

   Poor service,doesn’t appropriately communicate-just because the person of one’s family has negative background it doesn’t mean treat me like that and absolutely humiliate me in front of other customers and staff, I’ve shopped at onekawa new world for many many years I will never return again. Searching of my handbag was one thing but then to follow me out watching me was another then when a complaint is made the owner operator woman to state because the person was near my trolley where my handbag was that gave them the right to do this and absolutely humiliate me, no explanation was given Re searching my bag and as to why they assumed I’d shop lifted- local business owners need to wake up their customers are whom brings their businesses money take care of those customers I’ll ensure to inform family and friends to take their service elsewhere horrible horrible experience you should be embarrassed onekawa new world!
