    After a bad experience with a wholesale company, langes A1 came to the customer service party.. Thank you for your patience and understanding and when it came to your part in the situation It was done in a timely and professional manner.

    5 stars all the way for the team at Langes. We recently had our Rangehood stop working which was still under warranty. Langes came to the rescue swiftly and efficiently. Great service from the first phone call to the service repair person. Nice to call a business and have staff that really want to help you.

    If I could give them a 0 star review I would. We rang Lange's to ask if our dryer could be assessed due to a noise it was making. The receptionist was helpful and booked us in for a trades person the following week. Then the receptionist rang back stating that we had been red flagged and they would not be providing any service. This came as a complete shock and we were blind sided as to why this may be the case. We are prompt with financial payment and always go the extra mile to assist trades people in our home. Furthermore we always treat them with dignity, respect and help if required. Not to mention always providing morning or afternoon tea. It was then suggested we find an alternative service. When I asked what the problem was, no answer could be provided by the receptionist. We rang multiple times to request further information but had no luck with anyone answering the phone. After we sent an email, again stating our confusion and asking what the issue was, we finally received a reply. The receptionist (who was very nice), stated that management had told her upon further investigation that we did indeed pay our last bill from them promptly so they think that the issue was a verbal altercation of some sort between my husband or myself and the tradesman over a year ago. When we stated that this never occurred and we think they have indeed got the wrong person they said that the tradesman concerned left quite a while ago and they had no detailed information regarding a conflict. They then stated that they would remove the red flag and start afresh and the receptionist apologised for any confusion or stress it may have caused, but stated she was just following decision from management. We informed them that we had found an alternative tradesperson with different company for the job. We have yet to receive an apology for the distress caused from Lange's director or manager. The receptionist however was apologetic. Very unprofessional. They need to look at their system to ensure this does not occur again with any future customers.

    Lange's were the delivery company for our new fridge purchased from Harvey Norman. Lovely office lady rang this morning to say it would be delivered sometime this morning ...we were slotted for a morning drop off. No word from the delivery men. they were meant to contact me half an hour before drop off. 4.30pm my fridge is delivered. I know they were probably flat out busy but a phone call to say sorry it will be afternoon now would be helpful. Waiting around for it for seven hours with no word is not good enough

    Customer service was excellent and friendly, it was easy to arrange repairs. They kept me up to date with the progress from the initial visit and quickly came back to me with a quote and time for parts delivery. The job was booked and the repair was completed promptly. I am very pleased with the repair, wished I had called Langes sooner. Very professional Business to work with. Thank you.

    Langes A1 Appliance Servicing are always fast, responsive and extremely punctual. We have used them for quite a few years now and have always had amazing service. The technicians are very knowledgeable and can usually diagnose the problem within minutes. They only charge one call out fee for the problem so no matter how many times they have to come back they don't keep charging for it. Most of their prices are quite reasonable and most importantly their service is priceless! I would highly recommend Langes to anyone needing an appliance repaired.

    Useless. They book in 2 weeks time just to take photos on the day of appointment, which would have been already on an email. And they need another 2 weeks to figure out what to do. They are taking on jobs without actual stock for items that might need replacement - very poor planning. They also will not communicate unless asked.

    I hate to be this person I really do. But we do not recommend. Noel leeming organised Langes to come and fix our washing machine. They contacted us promptly to organise a time to visit - they said between 1-5pm I doubled checked it would be this time and stated as I work from home and would move clients in order to be available for them and them to have the use of power (our machine was tripping the power) They turned up at 9:30am during a client, knocked on the front door, I didn’t answer due to being with a client and then the guy is walking around the property out the back and down the side of our house. I excuse myself from my client and go outside he was annoyed because he had called and I didn’t answer. I showed him the machine and said this is what’s happening but you won’t be able to test it here as I need the power …. He took the machine to his workshop for testing.(along with our stacking kit) Sent me a text stating this and then 3 weeks go by and we hear nothing. My husband called multiple times and even popped into their workshop to ask for an update. They still hadn’t looked at the machine - he asked if the clothes that were still in the machine could be removed as they were intimates. The lady said she would call by the end of the day for us to collect. Another week goes by and we hear nothing…. Every time we called or questioned we were told the same thing. They hadn’t looked at it and they would by the end of the day and that we would hear from them to collect our clothes. By the 4th week they finally sent a text to say they have ordered the parts and will organise a time to book it on for the following week…. By this point we had received a replacement machine from Noel leeming which we couldn’t use along with our dryer as Langes had taken the stacking kit. This morning they turned up with our machine unannounced and knocked on the door which I didn’t answer as my son and I are really Ill. They also helped themselves to the back of the property where they see us in the kitchen and start pushing the washing machine through the gate. We understand that things take time and never expected the machine to be fixed instantly but a little communication + sticking to your word never goes astray.

    Awesome people. My first encounter was with the hardcase lady on the phone. She was fantastic. Had a laugh and excellent phone manner. Got my washing machine fixed and the guys that came and done that were awesome. Quick, tidy and very professional.
