Women clothing store in Christchurch

“I needed to get some new shoes for work and had just the best shoe shopping experience when I went into the Cashel street store last Thursday. Store manager Jeff was the best ! Really efficient, helpful, chatty, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. I tried on a number of different styles of shoes and sizes, and nothing seemed to be a problem to him. His manner was friendly, upbeat and down-to-earth. He gave me his time and undivided attention and seemed happy to ask all of my questions (I'm not a frequent shopper and often find decision-making hard!), he didn't mind my annoying questions and indecision. Based on all the above, I ended up buying not one but two pairs of shoes/boots! Jeff had recommended the Dr Marten Wonder balsam product to me but they were out of stock. Never fear ! Jeff and his colleague located the product at a different Platypus store (in Queenstown) and arranged for it to be delivered to my house and free of charge! Unbelievably it was in my mailbox the next day ! This was the cherry on top of the icing on the cake! Such great customer care and service. Definitely heading back. I highly recommend this store to anyone after good shoes and great service. Thanks again Jeff & co.”

Jannine and I came in the store and Keri greeted us straight way, she told us if our size wasn't available on the racks she can have a look out back for us. The clothes in store are amazing quality, beautiful colours and selections for all ages. We weren't sure what we were looking for at first but Keri spent an hour with us helping us with various different styles and options, it was absolutely amazing. “Went in over the weekend and was served by J'Vonte, I asked to try a specific pair which didnt end up fitting the shape of my foot well and upon asking for J'Vonte's recommendations within the same brand I was bought out a few options to choose from which ended up fitting me waaaay better and also being much comfier too! I was pleasantly surprised by the level of insight the team have into their product. There's defo good service and advice out there for people who are willing to look for it, and I didn't have to look far with the team at platypus Riccarton! Awesome work!”

“Debbie and the staff at Country Lane Fashion has been such a breeze to deal with. I have purchased a ring from them. After a careful measurement, I bought a ring from the store but still got the sizing wrong (it was too small). Debbie was very helpful throughout the whole process. Lovely to speak with on the phone and over emails. Prompt communication, she is happy to do a refund even the purchase was on sale instead of store credit which I really appreciate (I think it’s really fair on the customers and really show the values of the merchant). You can certainly get SLIGHTY cheaper suits elsewhere in the mall, but the ones here don't LOOK cheap. Got a good deal including a shirt in the end”
