Lovely to speak with on the phone and over emails. Prompt communication, she is happy to do a refund even the purchase was on sale instead of store credit which I really appreciate (I think it’s really fair on the customers and really show the values of the merchant). The 2 ladies were delightful. After seeing the dress on me - they gladly - without fuss or bother - swapped the dress for a smaller size. It was a wonderful experience all round.
