I had great service from Milly! I’m using crutches atm so I rang to see if an item was in store. She was happy to help me and put it aside for me. When I came in she was super friendly. Thank you for the great customer service!
I recently purchased a foldover pant online from Glassons, but when I received it, I was disappointed with the material and the size, which was too big despite the website's measurement indicating a correct fit of 14 XL. This experience has left me wondering if the issue was with the sizing or the product itself, and I'm frustrated that I won't be able to return or exchange it due to the final sale policy. As a regular customer of Glassons, I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and will no longer shop with them, and I plan to share my disappointment with others.

I am a bigger girl and I went into the store feeling very self conscious. I encountered a beautiful young blonde girl named Izzy. She found me the pants I have been dreaming off for ages in the right colour and size , haven’t been able to found them for ages! She was so kind, helpful and did it with a smile❤️ Pleaseeeee we need more workers like her - will deffo be coming back xx
I had such an amazing experience at Glassons Shirley today, there was this really kind girl there I didn’t catch her name but she was blonde really gorgeous outfit. She helped me decide on some work pants but she not only helped me find ones that I felt most comfortable in she was so kind to me when I felt really big due to having a baby. I’m not comfortable with my body but she said the most kindest thing to me. Honestly I don’t usually like shopping in store at Glassons because I have never had a good experience. But after today I will continue to go to the Shirley store. She was also talking to my baby which was very sweet. I left so happy and I want to go back there and buy more because she went above and beyond to help me. Best experience with someone who works customer service.

This is one of the only glassons I'll shop at as it is laid out like their old stores. Easy to know where the sale racks are and is just genuinely a nice store compared to other glassons.
