   The young girl working there today should consider learning some skills on interacting with customers. I know its the weekend and maybe she's over it, bur a simple hi goes along way! I walked in and walked around the store, I said hi to her, as the customer and she just looked at me and walked on. Even when I tried on some, no words came out of her mouth to see if I needed any assistance. A shame really.

   I am writing this review for the Manager of Pagani store at Palms Mall Christchurch. I bought a belt on 22nd November. When I came home, I wanted to wear it with my dress, I saw that it was a little broken. On 23rd November , when I went to exchange it. I explain to the salesgirl what happens, then she called the manager. her behavior was not good towards me, she told me that this belt is made like this and who knows it was you who break it. I didn't like her behavior at all. She was rolling her eyes it was totally racist behavior. According to customer service if customer is not happy with the product she should give me the same size of belt but she said they don't have in this store instead of saying that she can give me refund she made a gift card for me which was not acceptable she blocked my money. she offered me to go to the other store i have 4 weeks old daughter and its so hard to go other store and replace the belt. I am pagani's regular customer. I was so overwhelmed about the behavior she did to me. Other customers was also noticing her that her way of talking was not good. So Bad experience i will tell other people too what she did to me. The review is for Palms Mall Pagani

   I went into Pagani twice in a week as the store was sorting out some dresses for me, and the welcoming I got from Emma on both occasions was very welcoming, from the moment I walked in - to the moment I left. I truly appreciate all the help I have received from, not only Emma, but Crystal too in sorting out these (bridesmaid) dresses for me from the buying to the steaming. Crystal has been an absolute gem to communicate with. I cant rave about her enough. Such a very polite atmosphere and I will definitely be back for more dresses. Thank you so much, Emma, Crystal and the Pagani team.

   Older staff member and young girl both unknowledgeable and unfriendly. will be going elsewhere to shop as wont return to places like this where the service is shockingly bad. Shame as the staff member who worked here over the past year was awesome but this place no longer has a nice vibe.
