   I had the most awful experience in this store on Monday. No-one else in the store. Two ladies bustled out from the back quickly putting on masks. Nobody spoke. Both stood at the counter, one staring at the computer, one staring at the door. I walked up to her and asked for the shoes I was looking for. She didn't know what I was talking about and asked the other lady who told her they were only online. She told me that and then just stood there. I told her I was keen to try on before buying as the reviews said they ran large. She wasn't interested. I walked around and looked at what they had there. No offers to show me anything else, no enquiries about what I wanted, nothing. I got the feeling she didn't want me in there so I left. Awful experience and I had money to spend. I went somewhere else with better service and spent $500 there instead.

   Just went in on a Saturday morning, usually lovely helpful staff. Not today. Assistant couldn’t be bothered with me, only one other person in the shop. No hello, no nothing. Had to walk around holding a pair I wanted to try, she never asked me once if I’d like to try them on. I asked for my size and was met with a huge sigh. Came back out with a straight, no don’t have that size in either of them. No offer to try another colour but same style etc for fit, no offer of another similar style. Wont be back, very different from when used to be Ziera and the lovely ladies in there!
