Had good experience buying shoes for my daughter. Was served by a wonderful lady named Adele. Went out of the way to help us find the correct size.
Was rather amazed at how the staff members didn't move from behind counter . They were just standing there talking the whole time . When I went and payed for the 3 pairs shoes we brought no conversation was made at all . Not even a hello Will not be going bk there again in a hurry.
Got excellent service today from a lovely assistant, Jemma.She was helpful, carering patient and gentle and with a lovely smile, she fitted my elderly Mum with new shoes. Thankyou Jemma.
Was in tower Junction Store two times within a week. I had great service both on weekend and during the week. Both young ladies were friendly, helpful and went above my expectations to make sure I left satisfied. Rarely leave a bad review, but today's experience was disappointing. Visited this morning to browse new shoes, but despite plenty of staff on the floor, I wasn't offered any assistance. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping customers. Left without making a purchase. Hopefully, they'll prioritise customer service in the future.
This is the only shoe shop I go to. The service from the staff and excellent range of shoes just means the stress of finding the right footwear is removed. I highly recommend this shop.

Great service. Wanted to purchase a pair of heels for a wedding in a couple of days but the clasp was broken and no more in my size. So one of the ladies at the counter fixed it for me! Good selection at reasonable prices
The branding and shop front look lame but the store is great, nice stock, good prices and well set up.
It's not impressive that a shoe warehouse doesn't offer half-sizes, out of all retailers this the one place I'd expect to offer that. The owner's basically missing out on half the market out there, mate! Also the servers aren't that enthusiastic.
