Ordered some clothes yesterday. I was expecting, especially at this time of year for up to a week delivery. I have just had a notification to say its on board and I will receive it today. Outstanding service. I also received great email communication along the way. I dont need to comment on quality of clothes. I bought these pants on a recent trip to Auckland. I didnt try on in shop as I am in a wheelchair and it was too hard. Just slightly too big. But I wore them to a concert so once I cut tags they were mine. Was so impressed with quality I ordered another pair as I didnt want them to run out or discontinue. I didnt know Dangerfield existed until my kids told me. Will definitely purchase again. The staff in Auckland were amazing to deal with and treated me with respect and were super friendly.

I went to the changing room to try on a dress.. nobody was in any of the changing rooms and there was no customers in the shop. so I went into the bigger changing room since I can move around while the rest are small Then the worker jenn she told me to change rooms when I had no clothes on because a wheelchair person was waiting.. keep in mind there was no wheelchair sign on the changing room and it was very rude to tell me to get out while I was changing.. recommend making bigger changing rooms so people can actually move around instead of being in a tight room with a dark light you can barely see yourself

Zero stars! Really disappointed with Dangerfields customer service. I purchased some items from their boxing day sale. The price was clearly advertised online. However, when I checked my email receipt the price had changed and was double what was advertised. I emailed them to ask what happened. They replied the price advertised was wrong and I paid the correct price. I replied that I wouldn't have purchased the items if i had know that. I then asked if I could please return the items in store for a refund. Unfortunately they ignored this request and again stated the price was advertised incorrectly. I had to again email and ask if i could return the items for a refund as I wouldn't have purchased these items for the price I paid. They replied and said no! They said these items were on sale and I was only entitled to a store credit not including the $15 shipping cost. Very disappointing! I feel really scammed here. The price was advertised incorrectly which is their fault and they aren't taking any responsibility for that. I feel they are being very cheeky advertising incorrect prices and wonder how many times this has happened to others. Its false advertising! I do not want a store credit, I do not want to shop with them again.

Although the sizings are unusual, I had a fantastic customer service experience with a very helpful shop assistant who even ran after me when I had left something in the changing rooms. Made my day getting such exceptional customer service, which seems to be a dying art these days!

I had a good experience in store and thought the staff were friendly and had good customer service :) I do find the store a bit overwhelming with the music and sooo many clothes but it is manageable

Bad customer service. The lean, black haired girl with piercings was really rude. She was making a face the whole time, made us feel unwelcome. When I went to check out and greeted her, she ignored my greeting, not even looking up, impatiently tapped on the counter and said βjust put it hereβ. I get it that sometimes people have a bad day, but when youβre working in customer service, it is your job to be more helpful and professional. (The other staff working the same shift with her was ok)

The other day the staff forgot to give me one of my items while I was purchasing multiple things. Today I collected it and the tag is still on the shirt and no receipt was given to me. :)

I bought a harness online and only got an email saying my order was being processed. I never got a shipping email or an email saying my order was delayed or anything. I sent 3 separate emails and a facebook message asking what was going on with my order. Over a month later they finally responded saying it would be shipped or refunded if not in stock. The website says in stock and the harness is even on sale. I'm so angry and disappointed that no one replied back for over a month and I'm not getting my order. I'm honestly never buying from dangerfield online again. This was not good enough and not worth it.
