The two women on shift around 11am were incredible — they spent over an hour helping me find pieces that made me feel confident and cosy for winter. I’ve honestly never experienced customer service like that. I felt supported, never rushed, and genuinely cared for. So thankful — it meant more than you know!”

I have mobility issues so as I was waiting for my sister to get changed in the changing rooms, one of the staff quietly came up to me and offered me a place to sit as she could see that may be of help. It was such a nice gesture as most people tend to just stare. I really appreciated her going out of her way to make me feel comfortable.”
