   Went there today with a pretty good idea of what thought I wanted. Had fantastic service from Sophie and found out I was stuck in the 80’s when it comes to shoes and bought a really nice pair through her recommendation that through text pics got approved from home and I’m looking forward to wearing tomorrow!!    Just came from the Eastgate Mall branch. I asked if I can open the foldable backpacks on display (they are not sealed). I was told I can just look at the drawing and that it is difficult to put it back. And that I can open but I have to put it back exactly how it was. It’s commonsense that a black and white basic sketch is different from seeing the actual stuff , maybe if it is a coloured pic but it is not. Considering that they had lots of these that were on clearance, it makes sense to open one of them for display for customers to see how it looks right away. They will have more chances of selling the item this way because customers would not want to risk buying what they cannot see. Staff was not so friendly, wanting customer service skills. Another time, I bought three boxes of shoes and I was not offered a bag. I was expected to carry three boxes of shoes around.I offered to pay for a bag and that’s the only time they gave me a bag. Disappointed with this branch.
