   i came in today around 2:20 and approached the coolest looking lady i’ve ever seen (later identified as the assistant manager shelley) with one request- to find me the sluttiest, littlest black top in the entire store for my 19th birthday celebrations before the end of my 15 minute break. her response was as if i had activated a sleeper agent. within half a second she sprang to action and showed me a multitude of options before leading me to the tank tops. normally i cannot wear tank tops due to an incredible amount of boobage, but this one fit so good i took advantage of the 2 for $30 deal and bought another in white. i was served by holly the manager at the counter and she was absolutely gorgeous!! i’d trust her with my life, she has a beautiful manner with customers and is very warm :) shelley, i know you did not make this tank top, but i genuinely feel your presence in every stitch and could not be happier if you had presented me with your firstborn. i am going to tear up the town in this tank top. no one has ever tank topped like i’m about to tank top, and every man who asks for my number is instead going to be met with an earful about how fantastic you are. will update with pictures later.

   I bought a metal drink bottle and a blanket hoodie on Thursday. Got it home: the drink bottle has flakes of metal inside and on the screw top! Not safe to drink from. The hoodie had a bit of food stitched into the lining (someone eating at the factory?). It was a bit of crust with sesame seeds on it. Nothing I'd been eating, and it can't have been a return item as it was in the lining. The products were $90 total, but the quality control is terrible. Full marks to the cashier who was great; I'm just really disappointed in the products. If JayJays wants to contact me about this to make things better, please leave an email.

   One of my favourite clothing shop and for a very good reason. Always trendy outfits, generous sales up for grabs, and really friendly ladies in the counter and around the stall. Situated alongside all the other clothing shops which makes shopping a breeze and a convenience. Jay Jays remain my top favourite though. Can't wait for Black Friday!

   What amazing staff.. Hayley and Jasmine. So genuinely kind and helpful in helping me on the phone to find matching shirt and shorts for my partner, in his sizes, to hold for pick up.    One of the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced!!! Left my jumper by the clothing rack right infront of the door and only realized after 10 mins that they have closed. Went back to the store and the 2 ladies didn’t even have the common decency to come up but instead shouted allll the way from the counter saying that I should come back tomorrow. Even asked if they could pass it to me on the way out but they refused saying they can’t open the door. Perhaps they should be sent for another round of staff training and be reminded about jay jay’s customer service goals. Ended up with only my T-shirt and shorts freezing all the way home. Absolutely upsetting!

   Great place for a different casual look. Often have 50% off second item sales. Got sunglasses for $2 today so very pleased. Staff are always happy and store well stocked.

   Good store with good service though I wish they had more range. Generally good value for money. Though have noticed that lately the sizes are all over the place a medium can be the same size as a large :/ or annother large can be a xl in size . Warning also the shirts shrink slightly in the wash even on cold wash. I still reckon they are good value for money and my go to shop for shirts :]
