   In this morning, I got really rude service. My wife just tried the shoes, pass something to the young man, he just ignored. After the young man check my wife shoes size, just said"There is no you size" and leave it. We check the online had all size of this shoes. Never back.

   I had the most amazing experience coming in today, i was helped by Jack (lovely guy with purple hair and tattoos!) and he really went above and beyond to help me, I walked out with a new pair of docs that I love, and ordered a different pair on the website because they weren't in store yet. Amazing experience

   Went in over the weekend and was served by J'Vonte, I asked to try a specific pair which didnt end up fitting the shape of my foot well and upon asking for J'Vonte's recommendations within the same brand I was bought out a few options to choose from which ended up fitting me waaaay better and also being much comfier too! I was pleasantly surprised by the level of insight the team have into their product. There's defo good service and advice out there for people who are willing to look for it, and I didn't have to look far with the team at platypus Riccarton! Awesome work!

   I have purchased shoes here and was astounded by the customer service i received by Amy. She was very patient and helpful, with a positive attitude and a bounce in her step. she had a wealth of knowledge about the shoes in store, and i purchased more shoes than i otherwise would have because of her. she was also good looking. I believe she is an exemplary employee and should receive a pay rise and a bonus, and high praise from management.
