“Unlike other New World which mainly count on appearance to seem a place selling good food, like the new one in city centre, this one is genuinely a good place. Food here is better than in other New Worlds and it is more likeable. Do not expect too much from butcher and fishery, but still better than others for sure. Recommend.”

“Visited a few PAK'nSAVE stores around the country. Super impressed. Layout is similar. A much larger store. A huge variety. Easy to find. Situated in the mall, which makes access to other stores very easy. Lots of parking across multiple levels. Fresh produce was perfect.”

“Really good quick service. Pretty much standard layout for a supermarket. Friendly staff, very helpful, and service was quick. Plenty of parking except it can get scarce in peak times. Wheel chair parking and accessible entrance. Lotto, fresh produce, baked goods, fruit and vege generally of high standard and priced quite competitively. I went there Xmas eve and found the experience to be smooth and hassle free. Good range of goods for a moderately sized supermarket with good stocks of the common goods you would typically need to fill the cupboards. Not my local, but I have shopped here several times since its opening many years ago and would definitely recommend it as a good place to do a quick hassle free shop. Top notch staff and pleasant clean store made for a good shopping experience. (For reference I absolutely hate grocery shopping!)”

“Ok supermarket, which is well presented. Plenty of car parking and centrally located in Rangiora. Countdown has a good variety of products. Reasonably priced with most of products that you will need. Good customer service at the check outs and reasonably easy to find assistance if you need help. This supermarket is an ok place to get what you need. Nothing brilliant stands out about this Countdown apart from it's a quite new building, so it is has a very good layout inside and outside.”

“This particular store is quite unique in that they a sell unusual items which you don't find in your typical Chch supermarket. If you're struggling to find something you may just find it in this supermarket.”

“Upon further visits to this supermarket, I am writing a new review. I have had nothing but good experiences here. The staff are always so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I believe it will be my new favourite place to do my weekly household shopping. If you go at the right time, there are plenty of great accessible parks available, right outside the door. You will always be able to find a helpful staff member within the store or as you check out. As a person with specific access needs, I can not ask for a more helpful bunch to assist me. I do, however, still think there should be a lift available to the public for the underground parking.”

“Many things are selling cheap here probably because they are just newly opened. One thing that surprised me was that, in the refill station, they have smoothie stuff which are protein powder, and superfood powder, which I couldn't find in other Park N Save, which I really need. Good job!”

I prefer cashier checkout as I have a baby in my hands and always have a great experience with beautiful staff helping me at checkouts. But this last shop Sagar made my day. He was very friendly, he actually cared about my groceries so he packed them very well so nothing gets squished etc. He showed me how to use boosters in the app so I could receive more points and save more in the future. I really appreciate his service and will come back as these kind of days stay in the memory and brighten the week.”

“I recently had a fantastic experience at Woolworths on Moorhouse Ave, Christchurch. I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received. Not only did the supermarket have everything I needed for my last min grocery run, but the customer service was truly top-notch. I was on the hunt for a specific low-carb Australian pasta brand and couldn't seem to find it. That's when Sam, a remarkable young lady, stepped in to help. Despite having a trolley full of items to stock on the shelves, she took the time to assist me in locating the pasta. It turned out that the stock information on the website hadn't been synced, but Sam's dedication and effort made me feel valued and grateful. Her commitment to going above and beyond was evident, and I can't express enough how much her assistance meant to me. Although I'm not sure of Sam's job title, this young lady certainly deserves a promotion or pay rise for her exceptional service. Thank you, Sam, for making my shopping experience at Woolworths a five-star trip. Your hard work and kindness truly made a difference!”
