Love the openness of this store, the fruit and veg choices are brilliant and displayed spaciously. Plenty of choice in the meat and delicatesant. Have had one negative experience with the person at the checkout but everyone else has been lovely. We go here sometimes for a change as the other New Worlds have different products that suit us better.
Made it into the New World today and had the best interaction/experience with an employee called Nathan. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to personally show us the gluten-free bakery area while he was working. He had a great sense of humour and was very impressed with his service, always with a smile. We will be coming back here more often!
I have been doing our weekly family shop at NW Fendalton for approximately 13 years and in the past 12 months have switched to click and collect and wish I'd done this sooner! The team do an awesome job each week with a rather substantial family shopping list, and there is always a friendly face ready to whisk out a rather large trolley of groceries when I arrive to collect. Great store and team!
Nice atmosphere. Expected process to be high due to location but a block of tasty cheese actually cheaper here than NW Bishopdale. No charm at checkout though.
Bought all the groceries here during our 2 weeks stay. Well stocked with a varities of Asian produce from Japanese, Korean and spices. The prices are comparable back home or I will say just a little more. Not worth going the hassle of declaring food item at the custom or fear of disposing it by the custom officer.
