   Brought 2 packets of strawberries for $15 each and they were beautiful and delicious looking but turns out they were bad in the centre of every single one! Sucks because my children love them and paying $15 for 8-10 strawbs they should be in perfect condition!

   Good God Almighty the prices?!?! Why is everything at its most expensive on a Sunday and Monday? Absolute daylight robbery, this store has become nothing but a place to stop in if you aren't closer to other supermarkets, why can I buy the same products around the corner for half the price? Why are the onions always rotten? Why are the potatoes always wet and stinky? Why are the shelf stockers not doing the jobs before the customers come in? It's so annoying having to move around the young as workers busy having conversations than moving the crates aside so you can access the product you want. One positive thing I'll say is the main young man who is usually on self checkout is superb wth his service very polite very helpful and is always super fast to help and great customer care!

   It's never a pleasant experience, understocked on all their cheap options or never have it in stock, fresh produce quality is SHOCKING you can get everything so much cheaper literally in the same mall. They get the merchandisers to stock up at the most inconsistent and inconvenient of times,so when it's really busy you then have to move the huge pallets lined down the isles just to get to an item which they can clearly see but dont bother to move the box at all. just absolutely everything about this new world screams we rip you off just like pakn save and get nothing in return

   Ok but limited product choices and price mean I do a big shop elsewhere. (pork fillet 35% more than next door butcher and their wines not on sale are expensive compared to other retailers). Today, all their bagged lettuce options had only 2 days life left. Most staff are friendly enough but there are a few I avoid. A simple question to someone stacking fruit and veg got a very rude response. Another customer overheard and commented how nasty she was, and my partner wanted to leave the store and go elsewhere.

   I will never be going back to their cafe again. The ladies were gas bagging and did not get my order of 2 coffees right. A trim latte and a mocha with one sugar. They need to concentrate when making the coffees.

   Small local supermarket. Nice to see the staff acknowledging regulars by name. aisles a bit small and overall a smaller range compared to other stores hence only 4 stars, yet it’s got a community feel so this can be overlooked. Excellent parking

   I found them having lots of stocks in this store. They also have the best roasted whole chicken in town. I found them much more freshly made and flavourful compared to nearby shops. Staff are always so helpful and approachable. Also, have great brista coffee at an affordable price.

   Been humming and hahhing about putting a review online for about a month now. Went in near closing time, and was standing at the checkout, when I hear one of the supervisors yelling (not nicely) down the aisles at staff that couldn’t be more than 16-18 years old. I was quite shocked that a supervisor would be treating staff so poorly, as any other place, the way they were treated would be grounds for a disaplinary for bullying. I give full respect to the young ones that have to put up with being yelled at and put down, but one star for staff treatment

   Unlike other New World which mainly count on appearance to seem a place selling good food, like the new one in city centre, this one is genuinely a good place. Food here is better than in other New Worlds and it is more likeable. Do not expect too much from butcher and fishery, but still better than others for sure. Recommend.
