Lady was nice however I went in bcoz online they said they had the product I was wanting....don't advertise stuff if you don't have it

*EDIT* I bought a new vape and coils for others. The lady told me they were dirty and cleaned them. Being I had a new one I didn't touch the others for hours and the coils are ruined. She was refusing to make it right and I'm really upset. She said she would take care of me and then denied any responsibility. SAD AF. Absolutely lovely staff and willing to work with you and order stuff they don't have. Love my new local!
