I popped in earlier, made a purchase, and then realised my Farmers Club Card hadn't been linked up properly. When I went back to the till for a quick query, Tom stepped right in. He was brilliant! He sorted the whole purchase out in a flash, making sure my card was added so I got all my points. “Debbie and the staff at Country Lane Fashion has been such a breeze to deal with. I have purchased a ring from them. After a careful measurement, I bought a ring from the store but still got the sizing wrong (it was too small). Debbie was very helpful throughout the whole process. Lovely to speak with on the phone and over emails. Prompt communication, she is happy to do a refund even the purchase was on sale instead of store credit which I really appreciate (I think it’s really fair on the customers and really show the values of the merchant).
