After a careful measurement, I bought a ring from the store but still got the sizing wrong (it was too small). Debbie was very helpful throughout the whole process. Lovely to speak with on the phone and over emails. Prompt communication, she is happy to do a refund even the purchase was on sale instead of store credit which I really appreciate (I think it’s really fair on the customers and really show the values of the merchant). Overall 11/10 experience. Thanks so much. I will definitely be looking out on your online store for the next shopping spree. Xx”

They have constantly changing stock and wonderful helpful staff who go the extra mile to help you find those special pieces. They are great at couriering things if I can’t pay a visit but it is fun to drive out to Rangiora and have lunch in a cafe afterwards with a girlfriend when I have time.”
