“I just wanted to leave some positive feedback about Tom Bells at your Westfield Riccarton store. I popped in earlier, made a purchase, and then realised my Farmers Club Card hadn't been linked up properly. When I went back to the till for a quick query, Tom stepped right in. He was brilliant! He sorted the whole purchase out in a flash, making sure my card was added so I got all my points. Tom was so friendly and efficient - he never made me feel like I was holding him up, which I really appreciated. A genuinely great shopping experience, all thanks to Tom. “I was looking for a bra and decided to inquire about a bra fitting and I'm so glad I did. Despite my initial nervousness, the experience proved pleasant. A sales member began by asking my preference then checking bra fits, later consulting a colleague for another opinion. This resulted in a smooth process, and pinpointing the perfect bra. Both assistants ensured my comfort throughout. Unfortunately, I have forgotten their names but thank you so very much.”

“Really good quick service. Pretty much standard layout for a supermarket. Friendly staff, very helpful, and service was quick. Plenty of parking except it can get scarce in peak times. Wheel chair parking and accessible entrance. Lotto, fresh produce, baked goods, fruit and vege generally of high standard and priced quite competitively. I went there Xmas eve and found the experience to be smooth and hassle free. Good range of goods for a moderately sized supermarket with good stocks of the common goods you would typically need to fill the cupboards. Not my local, but I have shopped here several times since its opening many years ago and would definitely recommend it as a good place to do a quick hassle free shop. Top notch staff and pleasant clean store made for a good shopping experience. (For reference I absolutely hate grocery shopping!)”

I was surprised at how good their prices are - I compared some of my frequent purchases (tofu, chia seeds) against what I typically spend at New World and Liberty was significantly cheaper. This will be our go-to grocery store from now on!”

“I came here for a pregnancy massage last week and I cannot recommend more highly! The room was set out perfectly to ensure my comfort being pregnant and Maree made sure I was okay the whole time. The massage and facial was delightful! Afterword I had a lovely drink and sweet treat and they gave a wee gift! Not once did i feel rushed, in fact was encouraged to continue relaxing for as long as I wanted. If you are looking for your new go to place, this is it! Maree was absolutely incredible and so welcoming. I will be back”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Phenomenal – Best Pie I’ve Ever Had! Rangiora Bakery’s Sumatran Pie is hands down the best pie I’ve ever eaten—and I’ve had my fair share of pies! The flaky, golden pastry is absolute perfection, and the filling is something truly special. The slow-cooked beef infused with Sumatran spices creates an explosion of rich, aromatic flavors, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of warmth and depth. Every bite is pure magic. Not only is their pie award-winning (and rightfully so!), but their customer service is outstanding. They went above and beyond to courier pies all the way to Palmerston North, and they arrived in perfect condition, safely guarded by a little gingerbread man! That personal touch says everything about the care they put into their food and their customers. I would move to Rangiora just to be closer to this bakery. If you love pies that set a new standard, do yourself a favor and get here. 1000% recommended!”

“This is our local shop, I love the staff here and are welcoming and helpful. Always friendly and a great variety for a small corner shop. We love taking a walk here for ice cream, grabbing something needed, ahould this be sweets , nzpost , crips, bread, milk, butter, even frozen pizza! Kids always want to run in for ice cream and have become their favorite shop. A real must for any small quick shops to avoid the big shops.”

“Ok supermarket, which is well presented. Plenty of car parking and centrally located in Rangiora. Countdown has a good variety of products. Reasonably priced with most of products that you will need. Good customer service at the check outs and reasonably easy to find assistance if you need help. This supermarket is an ok place to get what you need. Nothing brilliant stands out about this Countdown apart from it's a quite new building, so it is has a very good layout inside and outside.”

“Upon further visits to this supermarket, I am writing a new review. I have had nothing but good experiences here. The staff are always so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I believe it will be my new favourite place to do my weekly household shopping. If you go at the right time, there are plenty of great accessible parks available, right outside the door. You will always be able to find a helpful staff member within the store or as you check out. As a person with specific access needs, I can not ask for a more helpful bunch to assist me. I do, however, still think there should be a lift available to the public for the underground parking.”

“Many things are selling cheap here probably because they are just newly opened. One thing that surprised me was that, in the refill station, they have smoothie stuff which are protein powder, and superfood powder, which I couldn't find in other Park N Save, which I really need. Good job!”
