“My family and I drove here from out of town after a horrendous experience with a terrible, arrogant pharmacist and we are so glad we came here! Not only are the products affordable but the pharmacist who helped us was so lovely and helpful (unlike the one that was so arrogant in the town some 180km away). The pharmacist was so patient and spent so much time helping us even though she seemed quite busy, I think she was the manager but she took us to look at multiple options and explained them all so we could pick the right product Also feeling so so sorry for what they have to deal with. While we were there some horrible man was yelling at the staff blaming them for something that sounded very much like the guys own fault. And based on the reviews too. Some people really just dont understand how things work. Of course ID's have to be physical, anyone can present a digital/photo of one...thought this was common sense. Another one...it can't really be their fault if they havent got your prescription, it's your own responsibility to follow that up, how rude to expect them to do it for you. Also most companies who hire guards/bouncers source them through other companies so how is it the pharmacy's fault who they get as a guard? Shouldn't complain via a review about a guard but to the company the guard works for probably Honestly many of the people complaining about being treated like they're dumb do sound dumb... Give this pharmacy's staff a raise especially with all the idiots they seem to have to deal with yet they still provide great service. We will definitely be back and will recommend them to others”

“Today my daughter and I went to Life Pharmacy in Riccarton for our flu vaccinations. We had a wonderful experience, and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the nurse who administered our vaccines. I’m truly sorry and a little regretful that I didn’t get her name—but she is, by far, the best nurse I’ve ever met. My daughter has always been very afraid of injections, and today she was extremely anxious. But this nurse showed extraordinary patience and used incredibly effective techniques to guide my daughter through the process smoothly. Afterward, my daughter kept telling me, “Mum, I really like that nurse—she’s the best nurse in New Zealand!” I hope that by leaving this 5-star review, I can help pass on the kindness she gave us to others as well. We are so grateful to have met her—what a blessing and a privilege it was.”

I am always greeted when I walk in and then I am able to browse peacefully until I find something I would like to purchase. It’s also never too busy which is good for me as I have a young daughter and often need to take the pram into shops with me.”

Some Of The Pies Are Huge & Look Yummy & Home Made Pizzas To Cook. Just Absolutely Loved The Layout Of The Supermarket. Everything Is Well Organised & Beautifully Presented As Well. There Is A Massive Corner Ice-Cream Parlour Where Kids/Adults Can Make Their Own Deserts, Ice-Creams & Slushy’s. Very Impressive & Honestly We Have Never Seen A Store Like This Anywhere. Computer Generated Advertising Is impressive As Well. So Much To Eat & Look At & Customer Care Was Great, Very Nice Man Serving. 5 Out Of 5 Stars Overall. Will Certainly Be Back For Lunch Or Just A Delicious Thick Shake. Will Tell All About This Place, Glad They Are Not Close By Because I Would Never Be Able To Work On My Weight-loss. So Very Tempting & Mouth Watering Foods etc… Number 1 Store In ChCh You Can’t Beat It. Glad We Are Able To Find Cream-Freeze Shakes So Very Hard To Find A Good Shake Anywhere YUMMY & FILLING. Car Parking & A Table & 2 Chairs Outside.”

Available to get ladders to look for other stock. Very clear setup of different sections within the shop. Friendly and smiling checkout staff.”

I was welcomed by a male staff member who was very friendly, kind, and helpful, with an excellent medical background. I can see a big improvement in the staff, as it’s clear he is new to the place, and the pharmacist on duty was also very, very cooperative.”
