   I used to rate this pharmacy as an all time 5 star And have thought of it that way for 20+ years. Until this last couple of weeks. Not only do you not listen to your customers you don't fill prescriptions properly, ones that are needed for daily function! I'm disgusted that I'm left without a medication that's needed for the weekend, when I asked for it to be ready Friday on Tuesday, yet others not asked for were given. Sort it out or bring back the staff that knew what they were doing!!!! *this is after going back three times already as they had "missed things".

   Have to agree with the review (some time ago) about the friendliness going out of this pharmacy. Went in with a prescription thinking I was supporting the local pharmacy instead of going to the two bigger chains. The product was Duofilm and when I went to pay for it the price was $50. I thought at the time it seemed expensive. Upon checking the retail price elsewhere I realized I had paid almost double. I went back to the Pharmacy and I was told, “too bad, nothing I can do as the price is set by Unichem.” End of story. So I contacted Unichem and reviewed them and asked to be contacted so someone could explain to me. It’s now over a month and have heard nothing. So I’ll be enjoying shopping at the bigger and brighter competitors now for prescriptions.

   Great local pharmacy, great range of stick available I’ve never not been able to find what I needed. Impressive range and knowledge of natural herbal remedies also. Lovely staff as well!
