I don't understand why I am sitting here waiting to collect my prescription. There are 5 people behind the counter, 4 of them chatting amongst themselves. No other customers. Should I get my prescription elsewhere.
Fantastic customer service. Such a great team who go above and beyond to welcome customers into their pharmacy. I’ve seen the extra care given to worried customers, so nice to have this in our community.
The team at the crossing pharmacy are friendly, informative and take the time to get to know their customers. It is always a pleasure to pop in and get my scripts . I value their knowledge and the relationship we have built together. If you want to keep your local pharmacy and be looked after by a team who knows you, knows your health and gives advice, make sure you support your local pharmacy, not the big new boys in the market such as Bargain Chemist. If you don't we will lose these wonderful people and businesses and the friendly caring and informative service they provide.
You need to update your opening hours. You do not shut at 6 30pm on a Thursday. Drove in after tea thinking you would be open grrrr petrol is expensive without making 2 trips
Happened to need some urgent supplies for my wife, only to find the pharmacy closing, however the staff sold me what I required. They had to find the product, open the till after it was already closed and wait for the Eftpos to link. This was customer service above and beyond expected and so I offer a big thank you to all the staff who rallied around to serve me after closing time. Thanks.
I had a really good experience today at the Kaiapoi Crossing Pharmacy. As per usual they were really busy with prescriptions on a friday afternoon. All the staff were very apologetic and still very friendly after a long day. I spoke to several staff members while I was there and all were very lovely and helpful. I definitely recommend going there.
