I know pork belly is a fatty cut, but more than half fat (looks like 70%) to meat ratio doesn’t seem right for quality local meat from the butchers. The other pork belly is from the supermarket. Disappointed with quality as well as service. No response from the store, wouldn’t shop here again.
Lovely young man on the stall at ohoka market this morning he was very polite and patient. Cooked some sausages for morning tea and they were excellent, very tasty.
I went to bush in branch today been going there over 5 years for my sliced ham. ham steaks mince and other products but I'm sorry your service has become very poor no ham steaks now for months and sliced ham there have always been ample supply but today none at all what is going on feel really let down by you as you were the only place I could get the ham I prefer
Good service and meat. Decent prices for beef products, chicken a bit on the pricier side but not crazy. They also sell Smokey Ts sauces and rubs which is cool
Got a rolled pork shoulder, 10/10 perfect. They do everything well and are very well priced for having such high quality products.
We can thoroughly recommend the Butchers Mistress. The service is always excellent and the quality of the meat is first class. They are willing to go the extra mile to please their customers. Keep up the good work!
$52 per kg for ribeye? Great meat but for that price? Just because you call it "reserve grade" doesn't justify charging $20 more per kg than other local sellers.
