   Highly recommend Gloucester Cottage, I opted for the bath & massage option and it was phenomenal. Maree was AMAZING, she talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. 10/10.

   Just a WARNING to anyone going to purchase a gift voucher! I went today & was told this/these will expire 31January 2026. That means it is only valid for two months or if you are giving it as a gift for Xmas valid only for ONE MONTH & then is EXPIRED. This is ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! Safe to say I didn't purchase at all. Sadly I had to click on one star to enable to publish a review! Reason being as from FEBRUARY 2026 there is a LAW called The INFINITY LAW that takes effect & this company Gloucester Cottage Day & Medi Spa, are choosing not to take any part in this. Upon asking what happens to the money that people have already paid out to them for Vouchers & are unable to have these honoured, was told, "I only work here, I don't know". Scammers comes to my mind! !!!!!!!!!!!!!! PURCHASE AT YOUR PERIL !!!!!!!!

   I came here for a pregnancy massage last week and I cannot recommend more highly! The room was set out perfectly to ensure my comfort being pregnant and Maree made sure I was okay the whole time. The massage and facial was delightful! Afterword I had a lovely drink and sweet treat and they gave a wee gift! Not once did i feel rushed, in fact was encouraged to continue relaxing for as long as I wanted. If you are looking for your new go to place, this is it! Maree was absolutely incredible and so welcoming. I will be back

   The actual treatment was good but the booking process was unnecessarily difficult. You can’t book online and the receptionist I spoke to seemed uninterested in fitting me in/was rather blunt and unhelpful. Lovely place, and I had a good experience on the day but I was put off by the booking experience.

   I have fond memories of this place. Unfortunately it’s now in a house- so no spa ambience. It felt quite funny being in someone’s home. I had a full massage that lacked technique or pressure. I don’t believe the girl was a qualified masseuse- flat palms and no thumb pressure. At times I was getting skin burn from to much rubbing in the same spot. Finished off with what tasted like cold sugary Raro juice and a kit Kat!? In the massage room/bedroom. Could be better if the young girl had professional training. Not the best experience sadly.

   Had my first full body massage today and had the most amazing, relaxing, beautiful experience. Staff were extremely welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Could not recommend this place enough and 100% will be returning for other services.

   Absolutely terrible, not deserving of one star. I drove from Rangiora for my booked in and confirmed facial only to be told you had canceled it. The owner argued with me, telling me I had called and canceled because I had the flu. I would not have driven all that way if I had canceled! This is not the first time this sort of thing has happened to me here. It's probably the third! Other times I've arrived and had been double booked or been on my way and received a cancelation.

   Such a beautiful and relaxing environment. The staff were very friendly and professional. I've bought vouchers for family members and treated myself now too and no regrets. Value for money and can't wait to go back!

   This place was bad. Staff were friendly but unfortunately they messed up our first booking by not putting it in the system. They then booked us in a few days later but it was a very hot day and the spa was not enjoyable. The massage itself if you'd call it that was more of a very soft rub almost felt like they just didn't want to be there at all.
