   I never normally comment on places but the service here was so bad, the girl was rude, blunt, unprofessional and spoke down to me. It’s a real shame because I bought something and asked for help and advice and she was so dismissive. The other one was just on her phone the whole time.

   Just went in to buy a bra for an upcoming event. Pippa was absolutely amazing! I am a middle aged woman with little to no idea about bras. Pippa has so much knowledge and extremely helpful. She was on the floor on her own but managed to greet and serve everyone in a timely manner and was very professional. Thank you Pippa, for making it easy for this old gal find something suitable with all the high demands I needed. Will be back

   I have had the best bra shopping experience today. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Phoebe. Such a friendly, helpful lady. I had been putting off bra shopping for so long but she made me feel comfortable and not at all embarrassed. I now have three lovely new bras and will definitely go back next time :-)

   I needed a new set of lingerie and was served by the manager whose name I don't know. But she was very supportive and amazingly patient. Especially when I was trying to pay by afterpay. We were having alot of trouble with our phone and being able to use the app but the lady serving us didn't get annoyed and really tried to help us all the way. I don't usually write reviews but alot of people only report bad reviews so I wanted to post something nice.

   I'm gender fluid and came into the store dressed as a man and explained I wanted to buy some lingerie for myself . I also came in to pick up a click and collect order, which they couldn't find straight away, so I browsed. The girl behind the counter was new, and absolutely wonderful. No judgements, and very helpful. A second assistant came over when I was paying and helped process my additional purchases. Both staff were professional, friendly and helpful. If you are LBGQT, this store treats you like a person. Not to mention beautiful lingerie and great sale prices. Totally recommend!

   I had such fantastic service. The lady who served me was so lovely and so helpful. I got fitted probably. She picked out some bra colours that I wanted and picked out my RIGHT size. Highly recommended coming here, best to go when they have a sale on. I brought three bras and so happy with them. I recommend buy good quality bras than the ones you get from Kmart!! Get fitted probably, as 80% of women are wearing the wrong size bras!
