Had an amazing experience here as a visitor from out of town. Kelsey (hope I’ve spelt your name correctly) is the loveliest! friendly, helpful and does her job amazingly. I was in a bit of a hurry and she provided me with shipping options&tried to save time for me as much as possible :) thank you and 10/10 experience

These girls in here today (Tuesday) are a great team! So friendly, helpful and just genuinely doing an awesome job. They are so lucky to have you both!
Despite stocking allegedly "2xl" clothing in women's sizes, is a petite store with a tiny handful of small clothes as well. If you're of medium size or more, don't bother
Very clean and tidy store!... Helped by a lovely blonde girl to find a gift for my niece. Would definitely go back again!
We always find our sizes here, and there seems to be sufficient stock everytime:)
Disappointed to say this is by far the worst Postie + store I have come across, specifically in relation to customer service and item warranties. This store is nothing like the other stores, they're really good in every aspect but this one isn't! I tried to exchange an item that was marked with something that looked like foundation that I had bought from another store. I just wanted to exchange it for the same item, no biggie so I thought as I had receipt etc. But nope I was very rudely told that they wouldn't exchange it as they didn't have that exact item in stock and that was policy when exchanging which is a lie according to the website. She asked why I hadn't washed it to which I said items have to be in original condition with the tags on etc so I hadn't cleaned it, she laughed and said either I'll take it out back and scrub it or you take it home like that. I said don't worry and grabbed the item and left. The Palms Postie definitely needs to step up its staff with customer service and warranty/ return policy!! They didn't know there own procedures! Steer clear of this store.
