The lovely Anne-Louise always greets me in such a friendly manner and has helped me on many occasions to find just the right outfit, whether it be a dress, top or a gift. Employees that offer such top tier customer service are worth their weight in gold. “Sometimes in life somebody goes so far beyond what you expected in terms of customer service that, if you weren't a Kiwi, you might even give them a tip! But I am a Kiwi so Underground Surf will just have to settle for this review. (But it's a bloody good review so hopefully they're happy). From my first phone call with Nick these guys were nothing short of stellar. Before I knew what hit me, they had a brand new wing foil set up delivered to me and I was out on the water. And they have been legends ever since. I'm not rich, but I won't be shopping around if I need new gear. (And don't we all need new gear?) If I need something, I'll call these guys. “Hello Darling is one of my favourite boutique stores, it stocks amazing brands, so many New Zealand made products it’s truely a store you never walk out of empty handed. The owner Clare, and daughter Kaitlin are the most beautiful souls you will ever meet and always go above and beyond to help you find the perfect something be it for yourself, or a gift for someone special. When ever I place an online order, my order is swiftly dispatched on a courier and I have it so quickly, always wrapped up so beautifully and carefully in tissue. I would recommend dropping into Millwater to have a look at her new beautiful store she has opened and to see the beautiful quality brands she stocks or just to stop in to say hi to Clare or Kaitlin. Jess convinced me to try the Rally dress on, even though it was (I thought) a few sizes too small. It fits like a glove, and I get so many compliments, it's crazy! “Popped in here a few times trying on sneakers and Birkenstocks. Seriously great staff - everyone is super friendly and they offer you water (!!!) what a treat! I had the absolute best time with Sammy, she has great chat and also really attentive to my needs when I was looking for specific shoes (I’m picky). I wouldn’t come to Commercial Bay very often but this store is definitely one of the highlights there. Go there for the best shoes retail experience.”

“Wonderful stop on a shopping trip, Trelise is a marvel. I was lucky enough to get summer dresses on their first day of end of season sale. Myself and another having a great time. Down to earth and helpful ladies trying to keep up with myself and another, both of us having a ball. Somewhat a contrast to the stiff reception I get from one of the ladies at the Parnell store who twice I have had uncomfortable dealings with. Definitely felt like I wasn't the "right kind of person" at the Parnell shop!”

“Everything was great, and my wife especially loved their clothing styles. Unfortunately, all the wonderful moments ended with a parking ticket. Every time we went to this small shopping mall, we'd leisurely enjoy an afternoon tea, and browse the two clothing stores and one kitchenware/home furnishing store next door. The whole family would spend half a day enjoying eating and shopping there. Then one day, we inexplicably received a ticket saying we'd parked for more than two hours, incurring an $85 fine. They'd recently installed cameras to facilitate the fines. No problem, I don't want to appeal; I've already paid the fine (although I personally think two hours is far from enough). What I'm saying is, since the parking lot has its rules, okay, I'll follow them. But I won't be going to this mall again, even though I really love those shops.”
