   Excellent service. I had tried to source a Rab Mythic G Jacket for my wife for over a year asking retailers in Australia and New Zealand if they could order one. No one could be bothered. Fortunately I eventually found Outdoor Action who got the jacket sent from the UK and then delivered to me in Australia keeping me informed all the time. Anyway enough blah blah, but you'll be my first go to in future. Thanks, the jacket is amazing and at 250g my wife will always have it in her pack.

   What an incredible company - soooo customer-focused!!! The best customer service I have had in a long time! Very prompt replies to questions about ordering jackets to trek to Everest Base Camp and they were just so helpful letting me know what was available through their UK connections and what would arrive in time for our trek!    I purchased a Mt Equip Fleece a week before a chilly trip down south. The fleece arrived bang on three business days and I received Emil’s of its progress to me. Was a very easy way to purchase great quality gear. I wore it every day to keep me warm as temperatures seldom got higher than 7deg.
