   We had a really great experience thanks to Marco. Even though the store was busy, he managed his time incredibly well and still made sure every customer got attention without feeling rushed. He took the time to properly explain how the Kano 32 works, which made a big difference and helped us feel confident in the choice. What really stood out was how much care he put into the service he even made sure my wife was fitted properly and comfortably, taking the extra time to get it right. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping, not just making a sale. We were so glad we were served by him and honestly amazed by the effort he put in. Outstanding service and a credit to the store.

   I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the store today, thanks to Carla. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Carla was incredibly patient and helped me try so many different pairs of shoes—never once making me feel rushed or like I was asking too much. She took the time to listen to what I needed, explained the differences between each option, and recommended styles that truly suited my feet and comfort level. What impressed me most was her attitude. Carla was exceptionally friendly, kind, and professional. She stayed positive the entire time, kept offering helpful suggestions, and really went above and beyond to make sure I found the right pair. It’s rare to come across customer service this thoughtful and genuine. I’m extremely grateful for her help, and I left the store feeling confident and happy with my choice.    This is the best store if you want knowledgeable advice and great customer service. I first came here about 8 months ago and I was lucky to meet Marco there who spent a considerable amount of time with me, listening and giving me advice. The shoes I bought there are still my favourite and I keep coming back here for more. I honestly think that the experience helped me to become a successful runner. The store can get busy but it is because they truly care about the customers and won't try to rush you or be pushy. Athlete's Foot has the best sales among all the sports shoe stores, which is important for me because shoes can get really expensive. If you are a Parkrunner, you get extra discount too. Whenever I come here, I feel that the store's goal is not to sell me something expensive and see me out, but to keep me coming back. Great job!

   Such and amazing experience at The Athletes Foot in Albany mall. Caitlin looked after my partner and I for around an hour ensuring we had the chance to see lots of different options and giving amazing product knowledge.
