Roop Darshan has always been our go-to store for Indian outfits, and this experience once again reaffirmed why we trust them so much. My reception outfit was a customised design inspired by Indian styles, and Roop Darshan delivered it even before the estimated date without compromising on quality. The craftsmanship, fitting, and finishing were absolutely perfect.    This is my go-to place whenever I need to buy an Indian outfit. Most of the staff are friendly and not overly pushy or follow you around, unlike some other Indian clothing stores. However, I do have an ongoing issue with the changing rooms. I’ve visited this shop about 7 times this year, and every single time, customers tend to skip the queue and push in. It’s extremely frustrating, and the staff don’t seem to do much to manage the situation (some even allow it). On several occasions, I’ve had to wait up to 30–45 minutes, even though I try to be patient and politely remind other customers that there’s a line and we’ve been waiting for a while. I genuinely feel this could easily escalate into arguments between customers, as I’ve noticed many people becoming visibly impatient while waiting. I understand this is mainly a customer issue, but the store really needs to enforce stricter rules or at least put up a clear sign reminding shoppers to queue for the changing rooms. Several of my friends and family members have mentioned experiencing the same problem when they’ve visited as well, some even said they had fights with other customers. Please look into improving this, as it really affects the overall shopping experience and makes me hesitant to return despite liking the store otherwise.

   I had a wonderful shopping experience at Roop Darshan! The store has a stunning variety of traditional and modern outfits — from sarees and salwar suits to beautiful occasion wear. A big thank-you to Taruna, who was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting me in choosing the perfect outfit. She gave honest suggestions and made sure I was completely happy with my selection. Special mention to Anek, the in-house tailor, for doing an excellent job with the fittings. The alterations were done perfectly and ready on time — everything fit beautifully. Overall, the service, quality, and attention to detail at Roop Darshan truly stood out. I’ll definitely return for my future shopping and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality clothing and friendly service.

   I ordered earrings online. I was bit worried about the delivery, as I live in Australia. I was happy with the customer service and the delivery. With in a week I received my earrings. It was in good condition and the packaging was very good too. I will definitely continue to shop with roop darshan. Hope to see more varieties of bali online. In fact I've brought two other gold earrings online today.

   Roop Darshan is my go to Indian clothing store. Every single experience has been an amazing one. Exceptional customer service. Today was an even greater experience when I went to look for outfits for an important event, Nitin Bhai was able to identify what I was looking for in such an efficient manner. He’s been absolutely amazing and of such a great help. As usual, will be back to do more shopping, very happy with Roop Darshan!

   Did not have a pleasant experience. The service was appalling, I did not like the way the cashier handled my exchange and the previous day the manager on duty thought he knew it all !!! He had to try his sales technique on me. This was just a matter of $150.00 I normally shop in your store at a time over $1000 thought this was just insane. I am sure service comes before sales !!!! Your customers are not liars as you may perceive !!!!
