My last visit I was served by Selina who was amazing and went out of her way to help me, very impressed by her professional, friendly and helpful manner. “Fantastic customer service and their products are amazing! I've tested multiple brands of cloth nappies & these are by far the best for our family. The double gusset helps contain leaks & they have many more great products like cloth pads, mini wet bags & double gusset large ones they're got many uses too. I couldn't recommend a company more.”

“As an Australian over here on a visit, I called into Sole Sisters Store in Mairangi Bay this morning and was greeted by a lovely and very cheerful lady who made me feel very welcome. My last job before I retired was working in retail at Movieworld so I do know all about good customer service. This lady whose name unfortunately I didn’t find out was just as pleasant to me when I didn’t make a purchase. I would certainly mention that her selection of shoes and the way she presented herself certainly rates a store as one to put on your must do list.”

I was greeted warmly by a staff member who was very kind and willing to help me find the dress I was looking for as a Mother's Day gift for my mother. The size I wanted was not on display, but the staff was very helpful and kind enough to look at the back stock room for the size dress I wanted. Thank God, there was stock in the size I wanted. I had a great experience overall, and the staff was really helpful in processing my order at checkout. I said no one seems to have navy sandals and she immediately asked if I had seen ones on the website and showed them to me. I pondered for a day as also saw they were in a powder blue colour.
