Phoned this company yesterday the 10th of Nov and they never bothered calling back. Went into the store today with my mother to see if they had any wide fitting shoes. Because the last time we were there the owner told us that he was waiting on some yo come in. We were told exactly the same thing today by a woman that really did not show alot of interest and definitely no compassion towards my elderly mother and before we even finished she just walked away. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NO LONGER EXISTS. .

I come here often to deal with the post office and generally have an ok experience, but I’ve found the staff at both the post office and sports store have almost zero tolerance when it comes to younger people. Twice I’ve dealt with two rude employees when asking a question about a product or service. Usually I can understand people having an off day but then I see them respond to another older customer in a completely different more polite manner. Today I asked to change some $20 note for $10’s and having dealt with floats and cash myself I completely understand if it’s something they can’t do at that time of the day, but the way in which the man told me was completely rude. Speaking over the other staff member saying “we aren’t a bank” over and over again, despite multiple signs saying “we do cash out!!”. It was something as simple as “we aren’t able to at the moment it’s difficult after the Saturday market” which would have made all the difference. The other staff wasn’t exactly that great either, didn’t say a word to me and when the guy said we’re not a bank she stopped serving me halfway and walked off without even looking at me. Choosing not to put their name out as im sure they know who they are. Honestly I can’t believe a 20 year old has more people skills than the staff twice my age there. Please work on it! Might make your day a bit better too!! Xx
