   I went to the Takapuna store and found the service was terrible the guy working there was not friendly or helpful the prices are very high . After all your paying for the brand not the quality of the clothing would be nice if they had staff that were more friendly and welcoming especially when your paying top dollar foe there clothing not happy at all with there service.

   Hi. I live rural and therefore all my shopping is contracted online. Most retailers have moved with the times and established great practices, therefore easy to trade with. Unfortunately Federation still needs some fine tuning. Refunds are a long drawn out procedure, goods laying around their end are refunded at snail pace.

   I love this brand I pretty much own everything. Quick and fast delivery and clothes are true to size. I love that they put the size the model is wearing as it's really helpful. I ordered a top and it sold out in my size but they quickly messaged me and sent out another size. Amazing customer service and the clothing is amazing quality. I've never had a issue with any of the clothes.
