Very lovely and helpful staff, they'll give you the best fitting advice according to your curves and skin tone. The clothes have a really great look with trendy shapes and colours.
I went in with my daughter, looking for a special dress and we had heaps of choice. Dana was helpful and attentive. We searched high and low for other things in the mall, but ended going back to Dana for 2 good fitting bras that in sizes other stores don't carry. Dana made the day for us!!

Quite disappointed. I love City Chic stores and always visit them when traveling as we don't have one where we live, but was let down today. Stock not in store, only small sizes available on the winter jackets and not able to get stock transferred from another store, so we'd have to go to the other side of auckland to maybe get what I wanted at another store. Store attendant was friendly but not very helpful and stopped helping us in the middle of our questions to help someone else. I still love City Chic, but won't be going back to this one sadly.
Absolutely lovely staff, so helpful and with a great eye for size and a good judgement of your style/taste ..recommendation of items spot on. Staff quick to offer to get additional items / sizes delivered to store with no obligation, great as we curvy ladies know most things have to be tried on first! All in all a shop where awesome customer service prevails! :)
Wonderful store, the attendant helped me figure out the right way to zip up my dress which meant that I didn't have to order a larger size (as I thought I was going to have to) and wait for it to arrive which was fantastic since it was my wedding dress. Just perfect, the trip was made simple which helped reduce stress.
