   Have shopped in future feet lots of time and never had a bad experience. Unfortunately today I was there waiting for 20 minutes for them to finish with other customers which I didn’t mind - until they finished and decided to restack shelves and not acknowledge me or my toddler who then had a tantrum because he’d been sat waiting for so long patiently. Appreciate it’s a busy time of year but just acknowledging people would go a long way. Will shop online in future.

   Been shopping here for years for our daughters shoes. On our recent trip with all the recent dramas of lockdown we had a warm friendly reception and the service was excellent, as it has always been for us, despite there always being a queue of people waiting. Very popular shop and always great service. We will be shopping here for years to come.
