   Tried the generic stores for my size, nothing. I then discovered Rose and Thorne. So glad they had my size. The order was quick and I must admit, these are the most comfortable bras I have ever worn. The colours and designs are fantastic. It's great to have the option other than black and white.

   I got a few bras a couple of months ago now, one of the active bras I received came with a hole already in the mesh which I was unhappy about but I decided I’d still keep the bra. I wore it ONCE and a hole formed in the strap, so I was obviously really annoyed about that and wanted to return my item and get a refund. They made that process so difficult, she never confirmed that i would even get my refund and She didn’t want to email, pretty much insisted on us discussing this over video chat which I didn’t want to and I didn’t have time for all of this messing around. I don’t understand why we could do it all over email (like pretty much every other business) I have never ever had to video call with a business after trying to process a return. It was just crazy. Anyway I gave up and just threw the bra into the back of my drawers and forgot about it. Until this past week i decided to go for a walk….and to my surprise (NOT) the other strap has a hole in it. Don’t make an active wear bra if you can’t even wear the damn thing. It blows my mind. I’ve never had this happen with any garment before. Overall you made the returns process difficult and actually made me feel really uncomfortable for hounding me to face time you about it.

   All your bra needs are met here at Rose and Thorne. We went there yesterday and had the best service from Sue. She's an expert, amazing bra fitter, so knowledgeable and absolutely nothing is a problem. Prices are fantastic and bras are well made. No more bad fitting bras if you come here. Very highly recommended.

   For a very long time I bought Rose & Thorne Bras, and had a few pair at a time. When I could no longer find my favourite style, and noticed a lot of larger cup bras, I emailed them asking if they were going to specialize in the larger busted woman, and if the style I liked was still going to be made. I was assured all would remain as normal. Well, I waited and waited. I went to have a look today to see if the bra was available and discovered it wasn't. I wasn't surprised about that, however I WAS surprised that they now only have a C Cup or larger. What I suspected 3 or more years ago and was assured wasn't the case, appears to be exactly what I suspected. I am very disappointed because the bras were absolutely perfect for me. The one star is because of the incorrect/misleading information given to me when I asked those 2 specific questions.

   Gorgeous lingerie, huge range and heaps for the a-hem fuller bust. The fitter Sue was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and a good laugh. So nice to find bras that fit both correctly and comfortably (no scratchy lace etc), and look good too. Most of the larger cup sizes out there are so utilitarian it’s soul destroying. Rose and Thorne have obviously identified the gap and are doing their bit to address it. Worth a visit - just make sure you identify the specific R&T range that suits your needs so you can buy on line going forward!
